Dagenham & Redbridge manager Peter Taylor is set to rotate his side for their friendly against Bostik Premier Division side Hornchurch this evening.

The boss is expected to give his squad players including the likes of Tyrique Hyde, Elliot Bonds, Mekhi Hyde, Lanre Balogun and new signing Noel Leighton a chance in the match.

He will be keen to see what the youngsters can bring ahead of a busy Bank Holiday weekend where they face Hartlepool United and Barnet in the space of three days.

It could also be a chance for James Blanchfield, Lewis Moore and Michael Agboola to make their mark and Taylor could also give some minutes to club captain Ben Nunn if fit enough to take part in the match at Bridge Avenue.

Hornchurch will likely stick with a similar starting line-up to test themselves against a National League opposition although they could make a few changes ahead of the weekend.

Manager Jimmy McFarlane may hand chances to a few players who have mainly featured from the bench in the league campaign as they host Bognor Regis on Saturday and make the trip to Brightlingsea Regent on Bank Holiday Monday.
