Friendly fixture list starting to take shape for John Still’s men

Dagenham & Redbridge’s pre-season schedule continues to grow, with the National League outfit now appearing in the fixture lists of four other clubs.

Last week, it was revealed Daggers would be sending teams to face Harlow Town and Bedford Town, with both games on July 15.

Further to that, Daggers are set for another fixture clash, with the Essex club set to send an XI to Thurrock of the Ryman Premier and a squad to Ryman North outfit Bowers & Pitsea on July 18, with both games starting at 7.45pm.

On July 24, Daggers will visit Elliott Romain’s former club, Eastbourne Borough of the National League South, against with a 7.45pm kick-off.

A week later, Scott Heard will hope to return with Daggers to old side, Ryman Premier team Folkestone Invitca, which also kicks off at 7.45pm.

All fixtures known so far are subject to change, with Daggers expected to formally announce their pre-season plans in the coming weeks.

Known pre-season friendlies (all away): Harlow Town, Bedford (both July 15, 3pm), Thurrock, Bowers & Pitsea (both July 18, 7.45pm), Eastbourne Borough (July 24, 7.45pm), Folkestone Invicta (July 31, 7.45pm).
