Daggers loanee Shaun Donnellan named in Republic of Ireland under-21 squad
Dagenham & Redbridge midfielder Andre Boucaud has been called up to the Trinidad & Tobago squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
The 32-year-old is part of a 26-strong squad that Soca Warriors boss Dennis Lawrence has chosen to face Panama and Mexico.
Trinidad & Tobago host Panama on Friday before entertaining Mexico the following Tuesday, with both matches taking place in Port of Spain.
It means Boucaud is will definitely miss Daggers’ home game against York City in the National League this Saturday.
And depending on how the jet-lag is, the experienced midfielder could also miss the clash at home to Eastleigh the following weekend.
Another man who is set to miss Saturday’s clash is on-loan defender Shaun Donnellan, who has been named in the Republic of Ireland under-21 squad.
The West Bromwich Albion youngster will be part of the young Irish team entertain Kosovo this Saturday in a UEFA Under-21 European Championship qualifier.
