Harold Wood Running Club members enjoyed another week of park runs and touring the country.

Linda Day celebrated her 100th park run with a football themed parkrun at Raphael’s with 21 members supporting Linda in football shirts.

Her parkrun journey started back in July 2014, she has since achieved 19 parkrun personal best’s, her latest coming on run 99 back in May and knocked off six minutes from her first-ever parkrun time.

Josh Jenner smashed his PB by a minute, Audrey Courtney got a new PB, and James Coker with a new PB and Parisa Skeldon at Worley Woods achieved a new PB.

Touring continued with Mark Dalby in Victoria Dock Parkrun, Louise and Martin Hawker at Clacton Park Run.

Not forgetting Lucinda Wynne and Mervyn Andiapen also completing the Run Wincombe race this Sunday.

The club also had 19 members at the ELVIS race at Barking Park on Monday.
