Harold Wood Running Club members enjoyed success in multiple different challenges all over the country.

Several members ran a parkrun at two separate locations, Aldenham and Raphael Park, on Saturday.

Linda Day landed a new personal best at Raphaels with a time of 21.17 and finished first in the women’s category.

Charlie Fisher and Tony Rawson enjoyed the mud at the Nuclear Rush Race.

On Sunday Kate Adams, Lisa Deneen, Lynsey Mann, Linda Day, Rosie Hatch and Hayley Smith ran the Colchester Stampede 10k with personal bests for Mann, Hatch, Smith and Day.

Sophie Apps and Claire Brinsmead ran Bluebell’s five-mile run while Parisa added the Great Manchester Run to her collection of 10K runs.

Meanwhile, in North Wales, Harold Wood’s Tracy and Brynley Giddings, Craig Brown, Ilona Alaburda, Leanne Mitchell, Dorottya Norton, Gurj and Ras Bansal, Ciara and Tony Panton all climbed Mount Snowdon.
