The Residents’ Association is showing no signs of slipping up, retaining all three seats in Hacton.

Cllr Barbara Matthews (2,576) Cllr Nic Dodin (2,590) and Cllr Ray Morgon (2,708 votes) have been re-elected, with another landslide victory for the party.

Ukip’s Jeff Garnett ran them closest, winning 1,288 votes, but the Residents’ Association continue their impressive display, moving into the lead just past the halfway stage, with 13 elected councillors to the Tories’ 11.
