Escaped horses cause traffic chaos on A127

Escaped horses on the A127, have brought traffic to a standstill in Romford.

All lanes on the A127, also known as Southend Road, which links London to Southend, have re-opened in both directions after closing earlier today, but heavy traffic and congestion is still causing problems for motorists between Billericay and the B148 West Mayne Junction.
