Traffic on North Street, Romford, to be disrupted for 10 days because of sewer work

Thames Water is spending 10 days mending a suspected collapsed sewer in North Street, Romford.
The work is taking place outside number 151 and started on Thursday.
A spokesman said: “We will be working on North Street, Romford to repair a suspected collapsed sewer pipe over the next 10 days.
“This is a must-do job as homes and businesses in the area are at risk from sewer flooding.
“Because this work is being done in a busy road, we will have to use traffic restrictions while we get this sorted.
“We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will work as fast as we can to get it fixed.”
