Thief grabs £100 as store assistant opens up the till

A thief snatched £100 from a till at an Aldi supermarket on Sunday.

The suspect, a white man, aged around 20 and wearing a black hat and black jumper, grabbed the cash as the 16-year-old shop assistant opened the till.

He ran off from the Marlborough Road, Romford, store at around 3.25pm on Sunday.
