Shoppers were given advice on how to make a flipping good pancake.
Visitors to the Mercury Mall in Romford were treated to a special demonstration to mark Shrove Tuesday on February 12.
Chef Jack Brackstone-Brown aka Cockney Cook showed customers how to make pancakes using the products and kitchen equipment available from the Mercury’s own Asda, Poundland and Wilkinson stores.
