Romford man given four weeks in jail for stealing a TV

A man has been jailed for stealing a TV from a supermarket.

Joseph Nickels, 37, from Redruth Road, Romford, was sentenced at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court to four weeks.

He admitted stealing the 24- inch Polaroid TV worth £129 from Asda in Dolphin Approach, Romford, on December 31.
