A 41-year-old man must undergo drug rehabilitation after he pleaded guilty to fraudulently obtaining nearly €1,400 from a bureau de change.
Kurtis Hunte used a driving license and a bank card in a false name to gain more than £1,000 of the European currency from Eurochange in the Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford.
Hunte, of Salisbury Road, Forest Gate, was ordered at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on June 14 to undergo six months of treatment.
He must also pay £85 costs to the CPS and a £60 victim surcharge.
