A Rainham man was arrested after a road traffic collision involving two vehicles this morning in Warley Hill, Brentwood.

Police were called to the scene at 7.40am, after the 24-year-old driver was involved in a collision with another car.

The man was arrested on suspicion of assault, criminal damage, careless driving, failing to provide a breath sample and assaulting a police officer.

No one was injured as a result of the collision.
