Rainham Library users raised £115 for cancer care over coffee.
The Macmillan Coffee Morning, organised by former Havering Councillor Coral Jeffery, took place on Friday, February 8. Youngsters and staff from the Fairytales Playgroup donated homemade cookies, which raised £14.50.
The cash will go to cancer care and support charity Macmillan.
Ms Jeffery said she was grateful to the library staff for their support.
Three Havering West Ham fans are among ten charged by police following an investigation into football-related disorder before a Premier League match in Sunderland.
