Police appeal: Man wanted in connection with kidnapping and assault

Police in Havering are hoping to speak to a man in connection with a kidnapping and assault.

Danny Gibney, 40, of Romford, also known as Billy Gibney, is described as 5ft 8in, of stocky build, with brown hair and blue eyes.

The crime took place on Wednesday December 18.

Members of the public with information are advised not to approach him but to contact Havering’s Wanted Offenders Unit at Romford Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
