On October 25, at about 3.30pm, a man entered Hornchurch Sports Centre and after speaking to a member of staff at reception was asked to sit in the waiting room.

He was seen wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, a grey hooded top, white trainers and a black baseball cap, carrying a Tesco carrier bag.
