A man had to be pulled from his car after a crash in Ardleigh Green Road, Hornchurch earlier today.

Three fire engines and police attended the scene near the Ardleigh and Dragon restaurant, where the man, aged 34, was stuck in his car.

His injuries are not thought to be serious but he has been taken to hospital.
