Man charged for the assault outside Joy Fook Restaurant

A 25-year-old man has been charged following an assault that left a man with serious facial injuries.

The incident took place outside the Joy Fook Restaurant in Kelvedon Hatch on December 8.

Steven Cywinski, from Kingsland, Harlow, was charged yesterday with inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent.

Cywinski has been released on police bail to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court on March 20.
