A man was taken to hospital after being struck by a car in Harold Wood last night.

Police are now appealing for information after being called at 10.15pm to the collision in Gubbins Laneat the junction with the A12.

The man in his 30s was treated at an east London hospital for injuries to his head, ribs and leg.

No arrests have been made - enquiries continue.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting reference 5413224/14 or, anonymously, Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
