Today is your last chance to ensure your favourite retailer is recognised in this year’s Mercury Mall awards.

The awards, sponsored by the Recorder, recognises exceptional service, merchandise and presence in the community.

Winners will be announced during a cocktail themed night of glamour on Wednesday.

Voting for the awards closes at 5pm today (Friday) – to see your favourite shop walk off with a gong go to The Mercury Mall helpdesk or visit

Sarah De Courcy Rolls, centre manager, said: “Have you received great customer service from a store or individual, is there a store that just stands out above the crowd or a store that makes you smile when you look at it?

“We want to know.”

The award categories are: Shining star, visual merchandising, community recognition, the M-eco award 2014, best customer experience, large retailer of the year and small retailer of the year.
