Hornchurch Transport Circle to meet in February

Neil Marshall will be giving a talk to the Hornchurch Transport Circle about the Brighton Bell Project.

The group is set to meet on February 27 at the main hall at the New Windmill Hall in St Mary’s Lane, Upminster from 8pm to 10pm.
