Havering Council’s family information service has won a national award.
The council was given the Families First Quality Award from the National Association of Family Information Services for the fourth time, which is given to organisations that provide a high-quality information service to parents and professionals.
Cllr Paul Rochford, cabinet member for children and learning, said: “The family information service is a great place to go for help and advice for parents, professionals and local people about important issues affecting families.”
