A group of Harold Hill neighbours have complained to Havering Council about the state of their road.
Dorking Walk residents believe there are a number of unaddressed issues like potholes and worn tarmac.
Roy Wilson is also concerned at the speed of council vehicles and a gully which has flooded.
He said: “We have been dealing with the bad conditions of the road for years.
However, council leader Michael White said there was no evidence of vehicles going over 15mph and said the gully would be repaired.
