Tee up and join in a golf day to raise money for Saint Francis Hospice.
Enjoy a round of golf on October 10 at the Abridge Golf and Country Club, Stapleford Tawney.
It has been organised by hospice supporter and businessman Barry Hearn, who owns sports promotion company Matchroom Sport, is sponsoring the event for the eighth year running.
Teams of four can join the event and will be given breakfast on arrival, an 18-hole round of golf, tea and cake and a presentation dinner.
There is also the chance to win a Nissan Juke supplied by Glyn Hopkin, in Romford.
Hospice fundraiser Lauren Josman said: “Our golf days are a hit and this event promises golfers plenty of friendly competition, good food and great course.
“What’s more the money raised goes towards supporting people in your community affected by cancer, heart disease or other life-limiting illness when they need the specialise care Saint Francis Hospice provides.”
Places cost £90, and guests can come to the evening meal for £25. Businesses can sponsor a hole for £100 or two for £160.
