Fire brigade called after car crash in Upminster ice

A car crashed in Upminster after skidding into some railings in Monday’s unseasonal ice.

No other vehicles were involved in the smash, which happened in Upminster Road at about 11.30pm, but petrol started leaking from the Citroen C2 so firefighters from Romford were called to make the area safe.
