Driver receives facial injuries in bus stop crash in Harold Hill

A woman has received facial injuries after her car collided with a bus stop in Harold Hill.

Police were called to the crash in Petersfield Avenue at around 7.20am.

A Met Police spokesman said: “The car appears to have lost control and gone into a bus stop.”

The spokesman said the injuries to the driver appeared to be “minor”.
