Romford death: Man charged with manslaughter

A man has been charged with manslaughter following the death of another man in Romford.
Sean Boggans, 29, of Ongar Road, Brentvvood, is due to appear in custody today at Havering Magistrates’ Court.
He is charged with the manslaughter of Shaun McDermott on Sunday following an incident in South Street, Romford.
