Police helicopter unable to find burglars chased from Hornchurch home

A police helicopter was used to search for two suspects who had been chased from a Hornchurch home by a resident.
At around 4.50pm on Monday, the attempted burglars fled to home in Cecil Avenue.
Despite the helicopter search, they managed to escape.
Anyone with information about the incident should call Havering Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
