A man in his 20s has been stabbed after a fight in South Street, Romford.

South Street, near Fiction nightclub, has been cordoned off after police arrived at the scene today (Friday, May 4) at 4.16am.

The victim’s injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

South Street remains closed off between Victoria Road and Eastern Avenue.

There have been no arrests.

A spokesman from Fiction Romford said: “This incident was completely unrelated to Fiction; it happened in another part of the town and an hour and a half after the club was closed.”
