Driving without insurance and committing a pair of drugs offences earned a Harold Wood man a bill for £305 and six penalty points on his licence.
Daniel Hart, 41, of Arundel Road, drove without insurance in Gooshays Drive, Harold Hill, on September 18.
On the same day, he was found in possession of small quantities of cannabis and amphetamine, Barkingside magistrates heard on October 10.
He pleaded guilty to all three offences and was ordered to pay a £200 fine, £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
A 41-year-old man has been stabbed at an address in Harold Hill.
