A man found with five packages of amphetamines at Gallows Corner, Romford, was handed a conditional discharge – but must still pay £100.
Matthew Green, of Bolberry Road, Collier Row, was in possession of the packages, totalling 15.8g, on May 28 this year.
Green, 27, pleaded guilty to possession and was dealt with by Barkingside magistrates on September 25.
He must pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
A 41-year-old man has been stabbed at an address in Harold Hill.
