Welcome to the Romford Recorder’s Christmas Claws competition, with cute photos of your pets dressed in their finest festive outfits.

The pictures have been submitted by our pet-loving readers and we hope they bring you some seasonal cheer.

To vote for your favourite, simply text RRCCLAWS along with the number of the picture you would like to vote for, followed by your name and email address to 63333 (eg RRCCLAWS 001 Jane Smith janesmith@email.com). Texts cost 50p plus standard network rates.

The lucky winner’s pet will then be photographed by one of our photographers and the image will be created into a canvas for them.
