Residents can have a cuppa while raising money for a good cause.
A coffee morning is set to take place at St Laurence Church Hall in Corbets Tey Road, Upminster on Friday February 8 in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Visitors can look forward to a number of stalls selling homemade cakes, bric-a-brac, handmade cards, crafts and much more.
A man was robbed of his phone, money and ordered to leave a train at Upminster station in a “terrifying ordeal”, transport police said.
