Air ambulance called after car crashes with motorcycle in Romford

A car crashed with a motorcycle on a busy junction in Romford, last night.

Police and the London Ambulance Service (LAS) were called to Pettits lane in Romford at 6.22pm after the incident on Thursday, April 5.

A LAS spokesman said: “There was one patient, a man who had suffered chest and leg injuries.

“He was treated and stabilised at the scene before being taken by air to hospital.”

A12 junction and Pettits Lane are now open again after the temporary closure.
