In a public Facebook post by another staff member, an individual was accused of breaking into Table Table in the early hours of Wednesday (September 13).
The suspected intruder could not get access to the main restaurant, so chose to steal a team member's "£700 electric bike", they claimed.
Shared on Facebook, the bike has been pictured as light blue with the logo "HYPER" on its right-hand side.
The suspected thief was allegedly spotted at around 8pm at Rainham Tesco riding on the bike "with no care in the world", the Facebook post added.
