South Hornchurch: Ukip wins another seat and Independent Residents’ Group gets two

Ukip has won another seat this time in South Hornchurch where the Independent Residents’ Group has won two.

Phil Martin has become the seventh victory for Ukip after he won 1,500 votes in the ward that was once split between Labour, the Conservatives and the IRG.
