League One: Notts County 1 Leyton Orient 1
Kevin Lisbie’s second-half penalty cancelled out Neil Bishop’s opener as Leyton Orient held Notts County to a 1-1 draw to frustrate both sides in their bid to get into the League One play-off picture.
Orient had the ball in the net in the 10th minute but Charlie MacDonald was flagged offside after following up when Bartosz Bialkowski spilled Martin Rowlands’ drive, and it was against the run of play that County took the lead after 31 minutes.
They hit the visitors on the break with Bishop claiming his seventh of the season after a neat one-two with Francois Zoko.
But Orient had a 65th-minute penalty when Dean Leacock fouled MacDonald and Lisbie stepped up to level the scores.
Regardless of whether they qualify for the Champions League, Tottenham are expected to be busy in the transfer market.
