Leyton Orient will travel to Gillingham in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy first round, while Dagenham & Redbridge are at home to Colchester.
The O’s reached the southern final last season but were beaten 3-2 on aggregate by Southend with Ben Reeves scoring a 90th minute winner to send the Shrimpers to Wembley.
They have never faced Gillingham in this competition.
Meanwhile, Dagenham will be hoping to make the second round for the third successive season.
They have never faced Colchester in the competition and their only meetings came during the Daggers’ League One campaign where they drew 2-2 away from home and beat the U’s 1-0 at home.
