Injured captain takes part in session
Romford captain Jack Barry returned to full training last night and is hoping it is not too much longer before he can get back to playing.
Barry has been sidelined since injuring an ankle in pre-season and has seen Boro struggle for consistency in Ryman Division One North so far this term.
Paul Martin’s men let a two-goal lead slip on their way to an injury-time defeat against high-flying Witham on Saturday and are due to host Chatham at Ship Lane tomorrow (Wednesday).
Barry will remain an onlooker for now, though, and said: “Training went well. I got through most of it but had to pull out of one of the session because the ankle isn’t quite ready yet.
“But I am happy with the way it held up and want to get a few more training sessions under my belt and then hopefully there won’t be any feeling of discomfort.”
Hull City manager Steve Bruce believes that Arsenal have the ability to win the league this season.
