Dagenham & Redbridge produced a thrilling comeback to secure a point against Scunthorpe United on Saturday.
At 3-0 down after goals from Sam Winnall, Deon Burton and Paul Hayes, not many would have given Wayne Burnett’s side a chance.
But skipper Abu Ogogo pulled one back, and that sparked a revival. Chris Dickson scored his first league goal for the club to reduce the deficit to just one, before torrential rain, thunder, lightning and gusting winds struck Victoria Road.
Referee Darren Bond called a temporary halt before the game resumed and new loan signing Luke Norris secured a battling point with a strike two minutes from time.
The comeback will be right up in there in recent times, but The Post asked fans on social networking site Twitter where Saturday’s comeback ranked in recent memory.
Some went back to the club’s days in the Conference when they came back from 2-0 down to win 3-2 at Aldershot Town, but below is a list of some of the responses.
It’s good. But I’d still have the 3-2 at Darlington and the 3-2 at Aldershot above it.
considering conditions, the break in play and the opposition were top of the league, I’d say it was the best.

Not sure anything will match the 3-2 at home to Farnborough in the Ryman winning season. Mark Keen won it on his own
Against top of the league? The best

Still remember we were 2-1 down to Hampton in 2000 with 9 men and won it 3-2. Mark Keen in goal as keeper sent off & saved pen
