Olivier Giroud is gunning for Premier League victories against Liverpool and Stoke this week as Arsenal bid to close the gap on fourth-placed Tottenham.
The Gunners, who are four points behind their north London rivals in sixth place, host Brendan Rodgers’ side on Wednesday evening and welcome Stoke on Saturday.
And after back to back wins against West Ham and Brighton, Giroud says Arsenal have set their sights on overhauling Spurs.
“We want six points against Liverpool and Stoke City to reach Tottenham,” he said.
“We look forward and want to reach fourth place, and after, play and see.”
Transfer news: Lukas Podolski believes in-demand Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski would be a perfect fit for Arsenal.
